can 800 ram work with my foxconn 975X7AB-8EKRS2H LGA 775 Intel 975X ATX Intel CrossFire Motherboard ?

Yes, you can put PC2-6400 (800 mhz) memory into it. It will run at 667mhz, unless you open your bios and overclock it to 800 (not recommended if you are new to it).

If you have already purchased this board, get 667mhz memory, its actually cheaper too.

If you have not purchased this board, don't get an Intel 975 chipset. Get a P35 chipset for around $80 and run memory up to 1066 mhz.
