Why are my files on my 8gb M2 memory stick micro card for my Sony Erickson K800i not working?
At one random point in the day after everything on my phone had been working fine, a message saying all my files on my memory card will be deleted, yes or no to formatting came up. I took the memory card out and have it inserted into the computer now and I can see all my files but the music will not play and my pictures will not show. I cannot transfer the files onto my computer and my phone will not have it.
How can I restore all my files on my memory card into working order?
I would really really appreciate any body's help as I have things that mean a lot to me on the card. Many thanks.
1. Do not save any new file to memory card.
2. Connect your card to computer. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.
3. Download recover software, recommended one is asoftech photo recovery (simply because i was using it and it worked)http://www.asoftech.com/apr/
4. Install and open asoftech photo recovery, select your memory drive, and click 'Start' button.
